The Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service (ECFWS) is a partnership between Barnardo's and HCRG providing an integrated 0-19 (SEND 25) early intervention service.
Barnardo's are seeking a Service Administrator to join our West Essex Team. In West Essex there are six Healthy Family Teams that cover Harlow, Epping and Uttlesford.
If you are a highly organised individual with sound administration and communication skills and with the ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative, then this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities include:
-Provide Business Admin Support to ensure business & finance processes are fulfilled for both Barnardo's and HCRG Care Group.
-Lead for training in West Essex – including arranging, booking and monitoring compliance.
-Arranging meetings, preparing agenda's & minute taking.
-Supporting staff queries and support for the online HR Systems (training will be provided).
-Supporting with reception duties as directed.
-Support with Key Performance Indicator reports and data drilling, some via the use of SystmOne (training will be provided).
-Lead communication within West Essex i.e., cascading local information to colleagues, service users & managers.
-Support for recruitment, including processing DBS applications.
-Maintain equipment logs.
-Support with data cleansing.
A valid driving licence and use of a car is essential for this role.
This role is based in Spangles Family Hub, Stansted with the requirement to travel between bases within Harlow, Epping & Uttlesford areas.
