We are recruiting for an Additional Learning Needs Teacher at a school in Bridgend catering to pupils aged 3-19 with needs such as:
- Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Difficulties (SEMH)
- Autism
- Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
Role Overview:
You will deliver engaging, multi-sensory lessons to small classes (8-10 pupils) to ensure all students can access the curriculum. Creativity and differentiation are essential to meet individual needs and ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or a strong interest in SEN.
- Proactive, collaborative, and committed to supporting SEN pupils.
- Skilled in adapting lessons to ensure accessibility for all learners.
