About the Role:
We are partnering with a prestigious company to find a dynamic and experienced People Change Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation on a 2-year fixed term contract, working remotely with travel to various sites.
As a People Change Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving and supporting organisational change management initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing end-to-end support for the successful delivery of change management projects, including restructures and TUPE transfers.
Developing and implementing effective engagement, cultural development, and communication strategies.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and positive outcomes.Key Requirements:
Proven experience in change management.
CIPD Level 7 qualification.
Mediation experience would be beneficial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.What We Offer:
