Required Skills and Qualifications:
11. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the logistics industry.
12. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
13. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
14. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer information.
15. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

19. Flexibility to work night shifts and occasional weekends.
