A well-established nursing home in Ayr is looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead their amazing team of care professionals. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding elderly and dementia care, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Full-time, permanent contract - 40 hours per week

Competitive salary of £63,000 per annum
Annual Home Manager bonus scheme (subject to KPIs)

Your Role as a Nursing Home Manager:
You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and business performance. This includes:
Leading and developing a dedicated care team to deliver exceptional person-centered care.
Managing the commercial aspects of running a successful nursing home.
Ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate regulations and driving continuous improvement.
Creating a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
NMC registration (desirable but not essential).
Strong experience in elderly and dementia care within a medium to large care home.
Track record of achieving key performance indicators, including compliance, financial management, and quality care outcomes.
Ability to train, support, and supervise staff effectively.
Commitment to confidentiality in all aspects of care and home management.
