A SaaS start-up that sells an AI tool into the recruitment industry is on the hunt for their first Demand Generation & Marketing hire off the back of an incredible 2024.
Their tool removes the need for recruitment firms to hire up to 5 operations staff, saving them heaps of money, time and ensures that any back or mid-office activities are done efficiently and accurately.
The tool works so well that two of their customers have actually decided to invest in the business! They're placing a lot of emphasis on their commercial team, so need an experienced and results-driven marketer to join and take them to the next level.
The Role
* Create a data-driven go-to-market demand generation strategy on a global scale (UK/US focus)
* Oversee SEO, content marketing, email, blogs, ABM campaigns, in-person community events, LinkedIn content and other growth initiatives.
* Take over all processes from demand generation and field marketing, and be a connector of external marketing, internal marketing and sales.
* Work closely with the sales team to maximise impact.
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Track results and ultimately drive revenue.
Who Are You?
* Experienced marketer with a generalised approach
* Ability to create broader marketing strategies and a willingness to execute on them
* Data and results-driven
* Experience working in a SaaS environment
* Ideally experience working in a start-up with leaner budgets, or a willingness to be in this type of environment
* Able to commute to Chelmsford
