Frame running, previously known as RaceRunning, is an adaptive athletic discipline for people with severe coordination and balance impairments such as cerebral palsy. Athletes use a three-wheeled running frame, which includes a saddle and body support, but notably, no pedals.
There will be in-person training to build confidence and understanding of the frame on Sunday, 17th March from 10:30 AM to 2 PM. If you can't attend, there will be an online training session on Wednesday, 20th March from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Sessions will run once a month on Sundays, and you are welcome to volunteer at as many sessions as you would like.
Please complete this short form if you are interested in this opportunity, and I will be in touch with further details. - CLICK HERE
