Location: Dunmurry
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM), Friday (8:30 AM - 2:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the implementation and enhancement of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures.
* Work closely with the QHSE team to provide expert advice and ensure compliance with all legal and company safety requirements.
* Develop and enforce safety strategies that align with both corporate objectives and industry standards.
* Establish systems to assess compliance with global safety policies and customer expectations while identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Offer leadership and guidance to site managers and safety representatives to enhance workplace safety performance.
* Promote a proactive approach to safety improvements across manufacturing and service functions.
* Conduct scheduled audits and support external inspections, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
* Investigate safety incidents, ensuring thorough reporting and effective resolution, while escalating critical issues as necessary.
* Communicate key safety updates through alerts and bulletins to maintain awareness across the organisation.
* Keep HSE policies and documentation up to date, ensuring they align with operational and regulatory requirements.
* Manage legal compliance registers, ensuring they accurately reflect regional obligations.
* Prepare essential documentation for safety-related elements of tenders and customer compliance requests.
Candidate Profile:
* Extensive experience in an HSE-focused role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
* Strong analytical skills to assess risks, identify root causes, and implement practical safety solutions.
* Proactive and solutions-driven, with a commitment to fostering a strong safety culture.
