Reed is currently recruiting for a well-regarded and established business in South Oxfordshire, for an Administration Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to support our Finance Manager and Office Manager in delivering professional and efficient support services within our dynamic team.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage daily administrative tasks to support the operations of the office.
* Schedule and organise tradesmen for maintenance and operational needs.
* Assist in project management and coordinate the maintenance of office equipment.
* Input invoices and execute payments to suppliers.
* Offer essential support to a busy office environment by carrying out tasks efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
