One of our clients is looking for a CRM Manager to lead their customer engagement strategy. If you're passionate about personalising customer journeys, driving brand loyalty, and optimising every touchpoint - this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and own customer engagement strategies across Email, SMS & Loyalty
* Build automated lifecycle programmes to boost customer retention and LTV
* Use data-driven segmentation for hyper-personalised communication
* Collaborate across teams to align CRM activity with commercial goals
* Implement test-and-learn approaches to optimise results
* Report on CRM performance and share strategic recommendations
* Stay ahead of trends and technology, driving continuous innovation
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and UK data regulations
What You'll Need:
* Proven experience in CRM management (D2C fashion or e-commerce is a plus)
* Analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights
* Fast-paced mindset and adaptability to evolving marketing needs
* Passion for customer engagement, with grit and perseverance
* Strong skills in CRM platforms like Klaviyo and marketing automation
* Creative problem-solving with a data-first approach
* Commercial focus on driving lifetime value and loyalty
Bonus Skills:
* Experience with SMS marketing campaigns
* Background in fashion or e-commerce
