About the Position
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team as a 1st Line Support Engineer. As a remote IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical queries in a dynamic, fully remote environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage and progress tickets, ensuring clear and consistent communication with clients.
* Work closely with 2nd and 3rd Line teams to deliver timely solutions.
* Visit customer sites as needed for face-to-face support.
* Stay ahead of emerging technologies to deliver the best service.
Requirements
* A background in Managed Service Providers (MSP) or B2B environments.
* Experience with Office 365, Azure, Windows 11, macOS, and iOS.
* A proactive problem solver who is self-motivated and adaptable.
* Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering first-class service.
