Our client, a well-regarded academy in Essex, is seeking a motivated and skilled Teacher of Maths to join their dedicated and high-performing Mathematics department as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities:
* Teach Mathematics across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with potential opportunities at Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
* Use data effectively to track progress and implement strategies for raising achievement.
* Create a supportive and challenging classroom environment that encourages student growth.
* Contribute to departmental planning and extra-curricular Maths initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent overseas qualification.
* Have experience teaching Mathematics in a secondary school setting.
* Be passionate about Maths and committed to helping students achieve their full potential.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* Be a collaborative team member with a reflective approach to teaching and learning.
