About the Role:
Join the action at Twickenham Stadium! We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused Till Servers to work in a fast-paced environment, serving guests during world-class sporting and entertainment events. As the face of our operation, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and friendly service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, take orders accurately, and provide excellent service.
* Till Operation: Efficiently handle card transactions using our till systems.
* Food & Drink Service: Serve food and beverages quickly and professionally during peak times.
* Stock Management: Restock counters and maintain an appealing display throughout the event.
* Cleanliness & Hygiene: Keep your workstation clean and adhere to all food safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar role is a must!
* Commitment to all 6 nations games.
* 46 guaranteed shifts throughout 2025 for the right individual
* Energy: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Customer Focus: A friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
* Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and a team player.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during event days.
