The apprenticeship is designed to develop the necessary attitude and aptitude to progress into further employment and gain an accredited qualification. This post offers the opportunity to study for either a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Customer Services. The training provider for this apprenticeship is Heart of England. Applicants should demonstrate a willingness to learn, be self-motivated and be adaptable. A commitment to customer care and some experience of working within a team environment through sport, social activities or other interests would be beneficial. IT, written and verbal communication skills are essential to this role with the ability to contribute to team working. Working alongside your colleagues the post holder will gain experience in delivering a variety of Warwick District Council services via face to face and on the telephone. Services the team deliver currently include Benefits, Council Tax, Housing and Elections with Waste calls being integrated in December.
