service professional to join our F&B Management Team.
Cotswold Farm Park has been operating for 50 years and is
one of the UK’s leading rural attractions.
The Farm Park comprises:

Year-round farm-based visitor attraction,
including farm animals, indoor and outdoor play, and seasonal events and
activities.

A range of accommodation types, including
lodges, glamping, pods, touring and camping.
·
Food and Beverage – daytime and evening,
including a bar and restaurant.
·
Retail – offering a range of high-quality gifts,
toys, food, and beverage.
·
Marketing and Maintenance support teams.
Cotswold Farm Park is on an exciting journey from a seasonal
‘day out’ to a larger scale visitor attraction with extensive accommodation.
This would be an excellent point in time for an experienced food service
professional to join our F&B Management Team.
Main Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, to be responsible
for the day-to-day operation of the Ox Shed Restaurant, Bar, Food Outlets and
Pop-Up and Event Catering provisions.
You will be responsible for the management of
park outlet and pop up catering provisions, ensuring that the required the
right training and standards of service are delivered consistently and that
opportunities to maximise revenue are fully utilised. These kiosks serve a
range of high quality hot drinks (Barista machines), hot and cold snacks and
meals, prepared by our skilled chef team in the main kitchen and served to go
by seasonally trained team members, ice creams, cold drinks, and snacks. At
different times of year these outlets will refocus or add pop-up options
depending on the theme.
You will work alongside our Deputy Front of House (&
Bar) Manager to deputise for the Front of House Manager, and to undertake
F&B Duty Shifts.
Key duties:

In conjunction with the Front of House Manager,
to develop the team through continuous training, communication and motivation
to maximise their potential and the success of the operation.

To liaise with the Front of House Manager in the
recruitment and selection process for any future vacancies within the company.
·
To ensure that the budget targets for revenue,
payroll and operation expenses are adhered to.
·
Liaise with the Food Operations Manager, the
chef team and the service team to ensure that all agreed standards of food
presentation and service are maintained consistently.

To manage and oversee the other Food and
Beverage outlets within the park - including 3x permanently sited kiosks and
additional ice cream, event or pop up provisions as may be required.
Operational Duties:
·
To undertake ‘F&B Duty Management’ shifts,
where you will be responsible for all front of house aspects of our food
service delivery during that shift.
·
To ensure that front and back of house F&B
areas are maintained in a clean and tidy state at all times.
·
To encourage your team to have a responsible
attitude for looking after the equipment and facilities.
·
To ensure that the end of the shift cashing-up
procedure is fully and accurately completed.
·
To ensure that all team members on duty are
wearing the correct uniform and to the correct standard.
