What matters to us
* A solid understanding of Common Data Environments and Electronic Document Management Systems under the scope of the Engineering Design.
* Strong communication, collaboration and technical skills.
* Microsoft Office Suite.
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical oriented discipline including Civil Engineering, BIM Management, Construction Management or AEC related fields.
* Highly interested in IT and specifically Common Data Environments (CDE).
* Graduate Degree in BIM or Civil Engineering / Ground Engineering or any other equivalent qualification with AEC (Architectural, Engineering, Construction), Computer Science, or IT background.
* Information Exchange protocols and workflows within Bentley ProjectWise and Bentley AssetWise environment, Sharepoint, Thinkproject’s CEMAR (ideally Experience as a ProjectWise Administrator).
* Experience with Electronic Document Control Workflows and the management thereof.
* Experience of working across all stages of a civil engineering project lifecycle and understanding the design development in conjunction to the construction phase.
* Experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling), ideally Bentley environment.
* Basic knowledge of Bentley EnableMyTeam (emt) and Bentley eB systems.
* Good understanding of management processes and workflows in construction industry.
Your contribution to our company
* Responsible to manage effectively and efficiently the Design organisation’s information flow via the Common Data Environment according to established CDE quality standards and requirements.
* Responsible to review and revise, whenever required, the CDE Protocols and internal plans and the corresponding projects policies.
* Work closely together with the Assurance Team, the BIM Team, and Design Managers, and the Delivery Team to assist them with their requirements for EDMS (electronic documents management systems), as well as their documentation obligations.
* Responsible to assist project teams to optimize existing workflows and processes by drafting process charts and administer the implementation.
* Responsible for refining protocols and standards for the CDE with different stakeholders across the organisation and the client.
* Responsible for coordinating data and system backups with third parties.
* Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety & Wellbeing policies, and legal requirements.
* Ensure compliance with the Company policies and procedures.
* Engage in any learning and development activities that are deemed appropriate by your line management.
* Participate and engage fully in Company appraisal / performance review processes and constantly work to improve your individual, team, and the wider Group performance.
* Where applicable: Manage the performance of all employees assigned to you in accordance with legislation and company policies and procedures.
