Salary: NJC Scale 4 - 6 (FTE £24,404 - £25,183). Actual salary £20,990 - £21,660 (39 weeks, Term Time only).

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, 08:30am - 16:30pm, 39 weeks per year.

About You: As a school receptionist, you will:
* Ensure the main reception area is run effectively.
* Be a point of contact for both telephone and face-to-face enquiries and take messages where appropriate.
* Be responsible for signing in late students and passing on the information to the student receptionist.
* Ensure that all visitors are signed in and issued with a visitor’s pass, ensuring that all visitor’s DBS/ID has been checked for safeguarding purposes.
* Receive, sign for, sort and distribute post/deliveries coming into the School.
Requirements:
* GCSE level or equivalent in English (A-C).
* Experience working in a busy office environment.
* Excellent Administration and Organisation skills.
* An understanding of GDPR.
* Good ICT Skills.
* The ability to prioritise and manage a diverse job role.
