About the Role: Sitecore is seeking a Manager, Strategic Finance to join our Finance team. The Strategic Finance team focuses on Sitecore’s most important priorities, including capital structure, M&A, growth and long-range financial modelling. In addition, this role serves as a utility player - able to slot into a variety of positions across the team to fill gaps, stand up processes and analyses and drive change. What You’ll Do: Own and develop Sitecore’s long range financial model, capturing and communicating the key drivers of the business to execs across the company, and charting Sitecore’s growth to €1B of top line Support communications with the CFO, the Board of Directors, the company’s debt and equity investors and the wider company through the preparation of clear, accurate, and actionable presentation materials Play a leading role in capital transactions as they arise Help solve ad-hoc business problems as they arise, leveraging your analytical capabilities and deep understanding of Sitecore’s business model What You Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Background in investment banking, management consulting or investing A strong desire to have an impact on the company. You care deeply about the quality of your output and you’re not afraid of hard work. You have a bias to action and see through any project to completion Superior financial modelling abilities – you can create a 3-statement model blindfolded Strong business acumen and passion for data. Ability to analyse, conclude, recommend and package and present your findings for a variety of internal and external audiences Be an excellent problem solver who manages multiple competing priorities and delivers measurable impact.
