The role will include supporting groups of students in small groups with special educational needs. Job Roles & Responsibilities: Supporting students with special educational needs 1:1 or within a resource base Planning engaging learning activities and adjusting activities to pupils' needs as appropriate Delivering interventions for groups of learners such as phonics, reading Fostering relationships with staff, students, and parents Work with individuals or small groups of pupils in the classroom Requirements: Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or degree Experience working with children or within a school environment Experience supporting students with special educational needs Why Join Long Term Futures?
