You will be instrumental in delivering a high standard of customer service on behalf of the Company, seeking guidance and advice from colleagues and your line manager, where needed. You should be able to work independently and with confidence, effectively update the system in line with guidelines. You will be required to deliver customer service to branches and customers for both NHS and private. You must also have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, having the ability to adapt your approach to assist with all types of queries. As a receptionist at our Head Office, you will be responsible for answering calls from the main switchboard and route to the relevant departments, meeting and greeting visitors, actioning emails from internal sources, alerting the Customer Services Team of complaints/ incidents, and other duties as required.
