Shanly Homes is looking for an engaging Group Residential Managing Director to be a central Board member to drive the direction and operational performance of our product-focused residential business.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the existing Board, including our Chairman, learning from its wealth of experience while bringing a fresh perspective.
About the Group Residential Managing Director role

* Build and nurture strong relationships with key people, including local authorities, landowners, and agents.
* Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent to achieve the company’s objectives and maintain its values.
About you
* An exceptional leader with experience at a senior level in residential development, ideally as a Managing Director or Land Director.
* A proven track record of successfully managing a large region or smaller housebuilding company.

* A fulfilling culture built on attention to detail and product excellence, where we balance cost-efficiency with quality, prioritise our customer, embrace problem-solving and initiative, uphold a strong work ethic, drive continuous improvement, and remain committed to giving back.
