We are looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to join our Dunstable Charity Shop and support our existing shop management team as they continue to strive for excellence in one of our newest charity shops.
Responsible for supporting the Shop Manager in the day-to-day management of the shop; generating donations; display and merchandising; managing stock deliveries and collections; record keeping; cash handling and crucially, recruiting, training, motivating, managing and supporting a loyal and committed team of volunteers our successful candidate will be given a full and in-depth induction training programme from the start of their retail journey with Woodgreen.

With a salary of £23,400 pro rata per annum (equivalent to £12.00 per hour), this position is working 16.5 hours a week on a Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. It is important to note that as Woodgreen Charity Shops are open every day when providing cover in the event of annual leave or sickness you may be required to work during a weekend or on a Bank Holiday.
This competitive salary will be complemented by;
