As a Business Administrator, you will: Need to provide excellent customer service at all times Assist Stakeholders / Customers with billing queries Assist in financial administration. Liaise with insurances companies to gain authorisation for upcoming surgery. Contact patients prior to admission for payments when self-funding Resolve Data Quality issues. Work with the Business Administration Manager to continually improve process Support any other Business Administration requirements within the department To succeed as an Administrator: A confident communicator with proven experience of dealing with customer queries Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Have excellent IT skills (Outlook/Excel/Word) Have a strong attention to detail Ability to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders within the business Be educated to GCSE level in English and Maths - NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent desirable.
