Senior HR Advisor - Fixed Term (13 - 15 Months) - London, Greater London, United Kingdom Join our HR Team We're seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our HR function, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional HR support across the entire employee lifecycle with a heavy focus on recruitment. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our people strategies align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Drive our recruitment efforts, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires seamlessly. This will be a main focus area and we are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and talent aquisition. Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support on a range of ER matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Offboarding: Manage the exit process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees. Payroll: Provide backup support to the payroll team during peak periods. Performance Management: Contribute to the annual performance management cycle, offering guidance to managers and employees. Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data to identify trends and make informed recommendations. Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives to enhance HR processes and practices. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and engaged workforce through various strategies. Learning & Development: Support employee development by identifying training needs and delivering effective solutions. Organizational Effectiveness: Contribute to organizational change and restructuring initiatives. What We're Looking For: CIPD Level 5: Essential Proven HR Generalist Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an advisory role Strong ER Knowledge: A deep understanding of UK employment law and best practices Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation Analytical Skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse data Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to resolving issues Project Management Skills: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong IT Skills: Proficiency in HR systems and Google Suite What we offer: Paid annual leave of 25 days per annum plus UK bank and public holidays.
