The successful candidate will have: Good interpersonal skills; be child friendly and be able to work as part of a team The energy and commitment to fully participate in a range of playground activities Be able to supervise pupils in the dining hall and carry out associated activities The ability to have a positive, consistent approach to pupil welfare and discipline, following school policies Be able to maintain confidentiality Be flexible with a good sense of humour Sympathetic with the Catholic ethos of the school This post is a customer-facing position and falls within the scope of the Code of Practice on English Language Requirement for Public Sector Workers. The school has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
