Our longstanding client, a successful regulator of the electricity industry, is keen to recruit an immediately available temporary candidate, to provide secretarial/administrative support to the Performance Assurance Board.
This attractive interim role will offer a hybrid working model, a 37.5 hour working week and an opportunity for a keen, positive candidate to expand their existing PA/Administration exposure:
The key responsibilities for the Assurance Secretary Administrator are to provide administrative, co-ordination and secretarial support to the Performance Assurance Board (PAB), Panel and Panel Committees, including:
1. Attend Committee meetings and creation of efficient minutes for circulation.
2. Publish and submit papers, agendas, actions, headline reports, minutes, slides, including finalising and collating these items as required from various teams
3. Support development of agendas, annual meeting schedules, papers related to Committee activities e.g. membership changes, meeting dates etc.
4. Maintain and manage a forward-looking view of PAB Agenda items.
5. Co-ordinate Internal and External visitors for PAB meetings.
6. Arrange & Co-ordinate Committee meetings, seeking members availability.
7. Support PAB Chair as required.
