If there are any adjustments we could make to the recruitment and selection process to support you, please let us know About the role Wiltshire Police is on an improvement journey and this role is pivotal in providing coaching and guidance on all aspects of Employee Relations, Change Management and delivering the People Agenda across our Organisation and the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC). Alongside an Assistant Business Partner(s), this role will provide expert advice and guidance on all employment matters and strategy within designated business areas. What you will be doing Providing expert advice and guidance to Officers and Staff on employment matters and influencing leadership around the people agenda. Delivering key initiatives to improve our service. Analysing and reporting on people centred data and statistics to support the development of solutions and strategies. Responsible for change management programmes. Developing opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop and update policies and procedures. Responsible for resolving employee relations cases Coaching and mentoring of Managers and Leaders.
