Role purpose We are currently recruiting for a Systems Integrations Manager to join us on a full-time basis, to develop and build a System Integration team to support our current SI partnerships, ongoing projects, and new business opportunities. This is an exciting venture for Bridges and brings with it the opportunity to work on various projects with sizable value to the business, and a wide range of clients. Our projects range in value from £5k to £15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity. Role overview As a Systems Integration Manager at Bridges, you will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of work from inception to completion. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The team will undertake PLC, SCADA, telemetry, systems development, from outline scoping support through to programming at all levels, supporting documentation, implementation, testing, factory acceptance testing, commissioning support and training, as required. The role Contracted to 42.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday. Provide System Integration expertise to the business Be a key part of the Technical Team, supporting other departments in the team, alongside the wider business Manage client expectations and foster positive working relationships To employ, develop and manage our own ‘Top End’ capability To complete the development of outline control philosophies Support the Thames Valley regional team with our ongoing Telemetry projects.
