The Role: As the Account Manager you will be an advocate for you clients and point of strategic contact for a book of clients generating around £400k per annum in revenue. Your role is to provide ultimate client satisfaction, help them see value from the range of modules within the platform and drive retention. Upsell is a valuable benefit and so if you have that commercial awareness and a customer centric approach to account growth, this role is perfect. No longer term contracts here, clients may operate on a monthly rolling basis and so a firm finger on the pulse and an unbeatable level of service delivered at every touch point is vital The ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a B2B Client/Account Management role, ideally with a marketing aligned SaaS solution. A well versed approach to high touch, customer management. You will regularly engage with your clients and provide value with every interaction. A drive and desire to achieve, exceed and grow Self-motivated and able to work autonomously. The desire to learn and improve. No ego’s here Prior experience of using Planhat is beneficial.
