Spire Wirral Hospital is currently recruiting for a Physiotherapist to join the bank on our experienced Physiotherapy team. The role will suit someone who has developed through some NHS rotations and is keen to focus on orthopaedics and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Deliver an excellent standard of assessment and treatment in the ward setting and in outpatients.
2. Treat a diverse inpatient caseload, including orthopaedics, general surgical, respiratory, medical admissions, oncology, and elderly care, supported by the senior team.
3. Engage in regular one-to-one training and supervision to develop musculoskeletal skills.
4. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with patients, consultants, and colleagues.
5. Exhibit effective time management and problem-solving skills.
Who We're Looking For:
* BSc Hons or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
* HCPC Registration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop good working relationships.
* Demonstrate solid clinical reasoning skills and evidence-based practice.
* Computer literate with excellent organisational and time management skills and acute attention to detail.
