Overview: This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the fastest-growing subregion in the EMEA market. As Head of Sales for the North, covering the UK, Belgium, Netherlands, and the Nordic cluster (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland), you will drive performance and brand presence across some of Europe’s most dynamic markets. The UK, Norway, and BeNe are established markets, while Denmark and Sweden, recently transitioned to On-owned markets in 2023 and 2024 respectively, offer new frontiers for growth. London, a focal point, serves as a strategic hub for engaging the Next Generation of consumers as well as Running and Training communities through a multi-channel approach.
In this role, you will bring a strategic, consumer-centric vision to build a high-performance team, reinforcing On's brand through a clear, consumer-driven approach across channels, customer engagements, and community outreach.
Your Mission
* Develop and Empower the Team: Cultivate a high-performance culture by coaching and developing team members, providing career growth opportunities, and nurturing future leaders within the subregion.

* Seasonal Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Plan, prepare, and deliver seasonal GTM strategies that resonate with the market’s unique needs and consumer trends.
* Market and Competitor Analysis: Guide the team in analyzing consumer demand, category trends, and competitive landscapes, identifying gaps and opportunities in product assortment, pricing, content, and availability.
* Global Governance and Brand Consistency: Work with EMEA leadership to uphold a cohesive global brand strategy, ensuring consistent execution across all markets and channels.
Your story
* Extensive Leadership Experience: 8+ years in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of empowering teams, nurturing future leaders, and creating high-performing cultures.
* Relevant Industry Experience: Background in Commercial Sales, Marketing, Buying & Merchandising, FMCG, Consulting, Digital/E-commerce, Omni-channel, or Brand Management.
* Brand Strategy Expertise: Experience in defining brand identity and building brand loyalty through strategic channel management and consumer touchpoints across multiple channels.
* Cross-Channel Acumen: Deep understanding of channel, consumer, and brand dynamics across digital, e-commerce, and brick-and-mortar retail environments.
* Strategic Mindset and Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen with a focus on strategic thinking, numerical analysis, and problem-solving.
* Collaborative and Open-Minded: Demonstrates self-awareness and a commitment to listening and understanding before acting.
* Growth-Oriented: Forward-thinking, with a mindset that embraces continuous learning and evolution.
* Multi-Market Leadership: Experience in managing teams across multiple markets and tailoring brand propositions to diverse consumer bases.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Additional European languages are a plus.
