Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
✅ Manage and maintain A-Site software for document control and project tracking.
✅ Coordinate meetings, site reports, and project documentation.
✅ Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure effective communication.
✅ Handle health & safety paperwork, compliance records, and general site admin tasks.
Requirements:
✔ Previous experience in construction administration or site-based admin roles.
✔ Proficiency in A-Site software (essential).
✔ Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
✔ Ability to multitask and support a busy construction team.
✔ Excellent communication and IT skills.
