The Opportunity:
You will take ownership of recruiting our most senior leaders, including C-Suite executives. This critical role involves building and managing external pipelines for key positions within our organization. We seek an individual who can engage directly with our most senior leaders and prospective executive-level candidates, who are themselves industry leaders.
Who you are:
You have deep experience in successfully delivering executive searches at the most senior level (SVP through C-suite) in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology or diagnostics industry. You are a fantastic listener and impactful coach. You have exceptional interpersonal skills.
You’re able to quickly understand an individual’s motives, are truly inquisitive, and thrive in ambiguity. You’ll also need to be able to communicate precisely and concisely to all who you engage with. You’re a well-organized, structured problem solver, and a natural, passionate networker. Your industry knowledge will set you apart from peers, and you’ll be very comfortable operating in a global headquarter environment.

You possess the following skills and experiences:
* Experience : Minimum of 7 years plus experience in executive recruiting, healthcare industry is preferred. Demonstrated success in delivering executive searches at the SVP/C-suite level within top-tier executive search firms or in-house Executive Recruitment teams in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, or diagnostics industry.
* Education : Degree and/or possess equivalent experience in Executive Search from a leading Executive Search firm or an in-house Executive Recruitment function.
* Senior-Level Search Projects : Extensive experience managing complex executive search projects, particularly those requiring a comprehensive approach to the external market, serving as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
* Consulting Expertise : Skilled in consulting with executive-level stakeholders, capable of engaging in broad, business-focused discussions, and providing valuable insights on the experience, competencies, and behaviors of "best in class" leaders.
* Talent Identification and Networking : Proficient in identifying top external talent and approaching them compellingly, while also building strong networks with external senior talent.
* Assessment Processes : Expert in conducting assessment processes at the senior level, employing a data-driven approach to identify candidates most likely to excel.
* Influencing Skills : Adept at influencing, with the ability to adjust communication styles according to different stakeholders.
* Risk Management : Capable of identifying potential risks in executive recruitment processes and methodologies in advance and translating these into actionable measures.
* Global Executive Recruitment Experience : Familiar with executive recruitment processes and tools in a global, complex, and diverse environment.
* Self-Starter : Strong self-starter with excellent team skills, a pronounced service orientation, and robust problem-solving capabilities.
* Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills, combined with a make-it-happen mentality, are instrumental to your success.
* Language Skills : Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
