We're working with a world renowned International Charity that provides lifesaving aid and medical support in times of international crisis. At the heart of this organisation is it's people and as a result this organisation are now on an exciting journey to evolve their HR / People offering. We're looking for two experienced Employee Relations Advisors to join this newly formed HR function.
These two roles will be responsible for managing people related queries across the full employee lifecycle, providing professional advice and support across performance management, mental health, wellbeing, absence management, disciplinaries and consultations. Whilst experience of employee relations case management will be vital for this role, a human-centric, consultative way of working will also be crucial. Taking a values-based approach to all they do, these roles will set the standard for best practice across the organisation, working proactively to identify and resolve Employee Relations matters with professionalism, emotional intelligence and compassion. As well as coaching and developing line management, these roles will be involved in process improvement and policy development and therefore a strong understanding of employment legislation will be vital to inform decision making independently and adapt within this agile environment.
