Position: Business Support Coordinator
Location: 17 Europa View, Sheffield Business Park, S9 1XH
Contract type: 40 hours Monday - Friday. Covering shifts between 08:00 and 18:00.
Salary: £25,602
We’re looking for an experienced Business Support Coordinator to join our growing team to provide essential administrative and customer service support. You’ll be the welcoming face of our Support Centre, ensuring a positive experience for visitors and managing a variety of office tasks.

You’ll support internal and external communications and play a vital role in upholding our mission and values.
Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to the CEO/Head of Business Support, you’ll be vital to ensuring smooth business operations.

About the role
As a Business Support Coordinator with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and supporting the success of the team by managing a variety of office tasks and being the first welcoming point of contact for visitors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Be the first point of contact for Exemplar Health Care Support Centre. Greet visitors, answer telephone calls, and direct messages promptly and accurately.
2. Provide administrative support for the Business Support Team.
3. Receive and distribute daily incoming post.
4. Manage the Business Support mailbox, proactively dealing with emails and correspondence.
5. Provide essential support to the Executive Management Team’s Personal Assistants (PAs), helping with large scale projects, booking travel and accommodation.
6. Coordinate meeting room bookings through Outlook and handle all catering arrangements for meetings and events.
7. Order and distribute supplies such as stationery, catering, and cleaning products.
8. Assist with the printing, photocopying, and collation of necessary materials.
9. Raise purchase orders, match them with incoming invoices, and maintain records of all financial transactions related to business support activities.
10. Plan and coordinate events as needed.
11. Adhere to health and safety policies.
12. Respect confidentiality at all times.
