About the role
You’ll be instrumental in building and enhancing our eCommerce platform and a range of internal tooling. You'll tackle exciting technical challenges alongside our friendly, tight-knit team.
Working across the stack on greenfield and brownfield projects, your contributions will directly impact communities across the UK, providing opportunities that would otherwise be lost.

What you need to know
Must haves:
* Frontend: HTML, CSS, JS, TailwindCSS, Laravel Mix
* Backend: PHP, Laravel, Laravel Livewire
* Data: MySQL, Redis, Amazon S3
* Tools: Git, GitHub Actions, Jira, Laravel Herd (or similar)
* Testing: Pest or PHPUnit
Nice to haves:
Experience with any of the following: AWS, Elasticsearch, Laravel Dusk, PostHog, Metabase, or Snowflake.

* Introductory Interview
We'll meet to learn about you, and your experience. This interview allows us to understand how you would be able to enhance our team. You can also ask us any questions you may have.
* Technical Task
You'll be invited to complete a tech task to gauge your ability. We're respectful of your time, only progressing candidates we're genuinely interested in, and place a limit of 3 hours on the task.
* Technical Interview
You'll participate in a technical interview, lasting approx. 1 hour, to delve deep into your technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and feedback from your tech task.
