We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join the team at one of the most iconic locations in the world, Windsor Castle.
Shifts: Daytime; Any 5 days out of 7
Contract: Permanent
About the Cafe Manager role:
* To supervise, manage and motivate the team
* To make sure that the operation runs smoothly
* To ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard
* To continuously work towards improving sales and service
* Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring
* Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000
