Role Summary:
1. React to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLA's.
2. Technical awareness of computer room/call centre/trader operations and experience of power, UPS, CPS, distribution, cooling etc.
3. Test and diagnose power quality issues.
4. Understand and interpret technical drawings / instructions / processes & O&M's.
5. Monitor and analyse environmental conditions, review the loading/working conditions of critical equipment regularly.
6. Determine the root cause and action items required to restore availability and prevent a recurrence.
The successful candidate will be a multi-skilled engineer who is proficient in various disciplines, capable of handling a range of maintenance and repairs on-site. Their responsibilities include performing inspections, diagnosing and fixing equipment issues, conducting repairs across different systems, and ensuring smooth operations on site.
Hours:
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm
On-Call schedule available.
Vehicle provided.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations.
2. Experience working with building management systems including fault finding and operator use.
3. FM experience advantageous.
4. Health & Safety Qualified i.e. IOSH and/or NEBOSH.
