Sales Administrator – Consignment and Sample Stock

We promote a friendly, positive and inclusive team culture so come and make a difference joining us as a Sales Administrator within our Pricing department. In this role you will support the Sales team with the management of consignment stock, sample stock, and show/exhibition stock.

Job Responsibilities
* Liaise with our Area Sales Managers to complete consignment stock checks, ensuring our stock records are accurate and up to date.
* Process and invoice consignment and sample stock orders.
* Amend and update customer stock contracts and agreements.
* Liaise with our Returns department to organise the collection and return of unsold consignment stock.
* Coordinate sample account clearances, ensuring all sample stock is sold or accounted for.
* Set up sample accounts for new employees and close down accounts for leavers.
* Order all necessary stock and accessories for shows and exhibitions, ensuring stock is picked, packed, and shipped to locations on time.
* Process orders and generate invoices for any stock sold at shows and exhibitions.
* Check returned stock back in on completion of shows and exhibitions, ensuring any missing stock is accounted for.
* Run regular reports for customer stock holding and sample account value.
Skills Required
* Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word.
* Knowledge of AS400 would be preferred.
* Experience of working in a similar role.
* Good team player with the ability to work under pressure when required.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail.
* Reliable, conscientious, and dedicated with a good work ethic.
