Our client, an award winning international engineering consultancy company who have been established for over 75 years, have an exciting new vacancy for a Finance & Administration Assistant to join their team.

1. Processing weekly timesheets and uploading to Sage
2. Preparing and issuing fee invoices
3. Credit Control
4. Prepare internal financial reports
5. Processing expenses
6. Processing purchase invoices for payment
You will need knowledge of Sage 200, to be confident on Excel and SharePoint. Experience in Project Management/Cost systems would be an advantage. This is an exciting role, with opportunities to progress and take on more duties.
