We are looking for an experienced and proactive senior programme coordinator who can manage multiple cross-cutting projects, deliver excellent customer service to busy clinicians and proactively engage pulmonary rehabilitation, allergy, and clinical immunology services in our work to improve the quality of care for patients. You will join the team to lead the engagement and improvement work delivered by the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services Accreditation Scheme (known as PRSAS ), Improving Quality in Allergy Services (known as IQAS ), and Quality in Primary Immunodeficiency Services (known as QPIDS ) accreditation programmes. About the role As senior programme coordinator, you will make an impact every day by: Overseeing the projects, deliverables and resources, which includes line managing a small team and supporting them with the delivery of their projects Overseeing the accreditation pathway from start-to-finish, ensuring that the assessment process is managed efficiently and to high quality standards, and our stakeholders feel well supported Providing ideas to improve what we do, bringing in creativity and enthusiasm for process improvement and change Delivering projects to improve the quality of the programmes and the service that we offer pulmonary rehabilitation, allergy, and clinical immunology services across the UK and Ireland.
