Our Investment team continues to expand and as a result, we are now seeking an ambitious investment Surveyor / Senior Surveyor or Associate with the potential to take on an increasing amount of responsibility. The successful candidate will provide advice to clients on property investments, preparing sales particulars and negotiation of disposals. They will operate independently and take a strong and pro-active role in building upon fee income as well as providing assistance to the Director as necessary. The job is to assist the Director in charge providing advice to clients on property investments, preparing sales particulars and the negotiation of disposals. Additionally, the candidate will operate independently on investment acquisitions and disposals while focusing on client development. You will have previous experience in the investment or agency markets (there is the potential for a candidate without any direct previous investment experience). The candidate will be a committed team player with a history of delivering results that exceeds clients’ expectations and will need to have competent skills in client liaison, negotiation and recommendation. Excellent prioritisation and organisationsal skills are a necessity. You will be confident, numerate and computer literate having a professional attitude to work and be able to cope with changing priorities.
