The Role:
Our client seeks a dynamic Car Sales Executive to join their very busy and growing team based in Southampton. Representing a premium brand within a flagship dealership, you'll be part of a supportive and high-performing team dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:
1. Welcome and engage customers both in the showroom and on the forecourt.
2. Identify and understand customers’ preferences to suggest appropriate vehicles.
3. Offer comprehensive details about vehicle features (new & used), options, and warranties.
4. Accompany potential buyers on test drives.
5. Discuss and agree on price, sale terms, and financing options with customers.
6. Foster long-term customer relationships to boost repeat sales and referrals.
7. Must possess a valid UK driver's license.
Package:
Salary: £18,000 + OTE £55,000 + Company car!!
Hours:
Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM) – Day off in the week
Saturday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Sunday (1 IN 3) (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
