What You'll Do Authentic Brands Group seeks an innovative and results-oriented VP, Global Experiences & Business Development to oversee the creation, delivery, and strategic growth of world-class experiential offerings. This role will focus on designing high-impact brand experiences while contributing to business development initiatives in the entertainment, lifestyle, and luxury sectors. Based in London, the role requires global travel and collaboration across multiple teams and partners. This is a full-time leadership position for a dynamic professional with a deep understanding of global trends in luxury, entertainment, and experiential marketing, as well as a proven track record in business development. What You'll Be Working On Develop and implement a global strategy for experiential activations that elevate Authentic brands. Oversee the conceptualization and execution of events, activations, and lifestyle initiatives that resonate with high-net-worth audiences and luxury consumers. Identify opportunities to create immersive, high-touch experiences that differentiate Authentic and our brands in the marketplace. Establish partnerships with premium venues, suppliers, and collaborators to ensure flawless execution of experiences. Support business development initiatives, focusing on expanding Authentic Luxury Group’s footprint in the entertainment and lifestyle sectors. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including luxury brand partners, influencers, and industry leaders. Identify and pursue new revenue streams by leveraging the company’s expertise in experiences and luxury markets. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate experiential efforts into broader brand strategies. Work closely with senior leadership to align experiential and business development efforts with overall company goals. Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver on strategic initiatives. What You'll Have 8 years of experience in luxury, lifestyle, or entertainment sectors with a focus on experiential marketing, event management, or brand development. Proven business development expertise is required. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, global market trends, and premium brand positioning. Extensive network within the luxury, entertainment, and lifestyle industries.
