Job Title: Secondary Teaching Assistant
Location: Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham
Pay rate: £75 to £100 per day

Your Role:
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and supporting classroom activities.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them understand and complete their work.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
* Help students develop essential skills, including communication, social interaction, and problem-solving.
* Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
* Encourage positive behaviour and support students in managing challenges.
* Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience for all students.
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for helping students and a commitment to their development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
* Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to understanding and addressing the diverse needs of students.
* Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the varying needs of students.
* Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
* A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
