The successful Contracts Manager will be home-based and will need to reside in one of the following postcode areas BN, RH, KT, SM
Working as part of a strong team (both office & field based), dealing with property repairs (insurance reinstatement works) within a designated patch. Ideally, this would suit a Contracts Manager who is keen to expand their current skills and experience (residential repairs / extensions / renovations) into specialising within the insurance industry.
Insurance industry experience is not necessarily essential (although desirable) but you will need to be keen to learn the principals of insurance and have a background in dealing with residential property refurbishments/renovations.
There are genuine opportunities to progress into a more senior roles and/or train within the subsidence speciality over time (additional training & support can also be provided in terms of qualifications & memberships).
