Job Title: Temporary HRBP / Senior HR Advisor Location: Hartlepool (hybrid/flexible) Duration: 4 weeks Role Overview: On organisation in Hartlepool is seeking a skilled and experienced HRBP or Senior HR Advisor for a temporary 4-week position. This role will focus on employee relations casework, providing essential support to the HR team during a busy period. The successful candidate will work together with the HR Manager to deliver a professional, proactive and effective HR service across the organisation, which supports the full career cycle of an employee and will cover all aspects of a generalist HR Role. Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary investigations and grievances. Handle flexible working requests and ensure compliance with relevant policies. Conduct sickness absence meetings and manage related casework. Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and staff. Ensure all employee relations activities are conducted in line with company policies and legal requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in employee relations casework, including disciplinary investigations and flexible working requests. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
