A teacher is required to teach Spanish until Easter or possibly until July. The position is temporary to cover Maternity leave. The role is part-time Monday to Thursday but we would consider Monday to Wednesday, teaching KS3 and KS4. To apply for this position, you will require to have QTS with experience in teaching in the UK and be able to deliver lessons in Spanish to Y7 to Y11 in line with the current National Curriculum. For this planning and marking will be required. Essentially you must also be comfortable delivering lessons to all pupil abilities and be flexible in your approach to teaching. Applicants need the right to work in the UK and to be prepared to undergo compliance checks to ensure they are suitable to work with children. This includes having an DBS certificate on the update service and providing two referees.
