With a differentiated approach and hands-on involvement in portfolio companies, the fund has built strong momentum and is now preparing for its next phase of growth, including a new fundraise and expanding its investor base.
The Role
The firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Investor Relations & Fundraising Associate to join its small, collaborative team in Zurich. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of fundraising and LP relationship management in a growing fund, working closely with the Partners and CFO. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and excited about the inner workings of venture capital and investor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Support ongoing and upcoming fundraising activities: data room preparation, investor presentations, DDQs, roadshow coordination
* Maintain regular communication with existing LPs (updates, reporting, queries)
* Prepare quarterly reports, investor newsletters, capital calls, and other fund communication materials
* Build and maintain CRM tracking of investor pipeline, meetings, and feedback
* Conduct market research on prospective LPs and industry trends
* Coordinate events, webinars, and one-on-one LP meetings
* Work closely with finance and legal teams on fund documentation and compliance
Candidate Profile
* 2–5 years’ experience in investor relations, fundraising, private markets, investment banking, or a related role
* Clear and concise communicator with strong writing and presentation skills
* Organized and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
* Interest in venture capital, technology, and entrepreneurship
* Fluent in English; German or another European language is a strong asset
* Comfortable in a lean, startup-like team where roles are not rigidly defined
