SAP Project Manager (SuccessFactors) - 6 Months Contract

We are hiring for a large-scale public sector organisation based in West Yorkshire. This esteemed institution is known for its dedication to excellence and innovation. As such the institution is implementing SAP S/4 HANA across their estate which is to include the SuccessFactors module.
Your new role
We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors for a 6-month contract. The role involves managing HR / People & Change projects as part of the SuccessFactors module of the implementation. A Technical SuccessFactors PM is already in situ so this role will have a focus on people & change management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, excellent project management skills, and the ability to assert themselves effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage HR technology projects from initiation to completion.
* Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
* Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Manages and maintains relationships with all stakeholders
* Identify and mitigate project risks.
What you’ll need to succeed
* A bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field; i.e., Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, Human Resources Management
* Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
* Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices, including talent management, employee lifecycle, and HR compliance.
* Experience in managing HR-related projects and initiatives.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors technology, though not necessarily at an expert level.
* You will need to be an outstanding communicator with a pragmatic approach.
* Large scale Public Sector environment experience would be beneficial.
